These two months have been big ones. June rolled over front-to-back* and eventually back-to-front*. Her motor skills and hand-eye coordination have really improved, and she is sitting up like a champ. She's now standing up while holding on to mom, dad, a couch, etc. (but not yet pulling herself up).
She started solids. Her first was banana, followed by avocado, sweet potato, carrots, peas, butternut squash, apple, cherries, pear, mango, parsnip, and a little watermelon. Her favorites are banana, mango, and cherries
She went from size 1 to 2 to 3 diapers and grew 2 lbs., just in month 7.
She LOVES her activity center, playing piano* & bongos, walks in her stroller, and watching Banjo. She has also started doing things she sees others doing, like clapping* and panting*. She's very social when we go out - watching people and smiling at everyone.
In month 7, she was making a lot of "ahhhhh" sounds and the "pterodactyl screech". In month 8, she started to babble. She laughs more, especially at Daddy.
